TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM

This is a 12 week, 210 hour training course in which you will become proficient in all Pilates Mat and Reformer exercises, as well as gain the skills necessary to teach.

This is a three week, 30 hour course which will explore basic anatomy (including muscles and bones), movement patterns, and an introduction to injuries and pathologies as they relate to Pilates. This course is required prior to enrolling in any other teacher training modules.
